Lichtenberg Productivity Improvement Ltd. was established in 1997 to provide high standard and modern business administration services for primarily medium-sized and large companies. In response to market demand, we now also offer full ranging services to domestic small and medium-sized companies.
The satisfaction of our partners and our mutually positive partnership is the most important confirmation – and the strongest incentive in terms of the future – of the success and long-term endurance of our joint efforts.

How do we work?
Our advisors work out proposals in collaboration with your colleagues, making sure in each case that the employees of the company identify the changes as their own and can control them on a day-to-day basis. Our experts not only focus on core processes and activities, but also on the efficiency of supporting activities, the efficiency of the use of resources, whether the consumption of materials or the use of machine or human resources.
Layoffs are now less frequently an objective of our work, but in some cases they are an unavoidable by-product. We rather focus on improving productivity, quality and the reduction of inventories and lead times.
Our work is measured with quantifiable results.
