Productivity Improvement

We offer our productivity improvement projects to the production and service industries, SMEs and large enterprises as well. In addition to cost reductions, increased productivity and the improved use of capacities, we also implement process optimisation, BPR projects and complex organisation development. We are an accredited consulting company – companies in the SME sector can apply for tender funds to participate in our projects.

We are consultants, so we aim to improve efficiency, productivity, the use of machine capacities, reduce costs and develop organisations, but people and processes motivate our principles.

Lean implementation

Our Lean -based complex operation development method is  similar to the “traditional” complex productivity improvement , but we combined the lean methodology into it. Thus, more complex  and more lasting results can be achieved by our partners compering to the two well-established methodology used separately.

We recommend this type of project and methodology to those who wish to  realize progress in the short term, but would like to achieve changes that ensures  long-lasting development and productivity increase.

Our methodology was developed in cooperation with our partner the HPC Consulting Ltd. , with whom we have a more than 10 years fruitful cooperation. The combined methodology demonstrated it’s effectiveness and proved to be very successful not only in Hungary but more than 3 foreign countries as well.

Training

We offer a broad range of trainings to our partners in addition to those provided during a productivity improvement project.

These trainings, workshops and coaching courses adhere to the needs of the client in all cases. We offer our services for specific purposes ( ex. sales, leadership skill improvement, trainings, etc.), but we can also work together efficiently if for example, you know what your problems are, but don’t know the solutions or you would like to improve your employees, but do not know how to go about it exactly. In these cases we analyze the problem together, interview your employees and decide on the appropriate training, its content and form together.
